Older students are proud to act as role models and learn more deeply through teaching and

A five-day program creates the consistency that is critical for young children’s routine and
serves as an essential part of strong Montessori programs. The primary goal of Montessori
involves creating a culture of consistency, structure, and empowerment.

LCMS does not teach religion. We celebrate holidays, such as Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Chinese New Year, which are religious in origin but have cultural significance.

Yes, the children in a Montessori class have the freedom to move, talk, and choose their own work. They explore, manipulate, learn and build a storehouse of impressions about the world around them through movement and using the five senses. Dr. Maria Montessori observed that children are more motivated to learn when working on something of their own choosing, and at their own unique pace.

The Montessori teacher closely observes each child and provides materials and activities that advance the child’s learning by building on skills and knowledge already gained. This gentle guidance helps each child master the challenge at hand.

Tuition at our Montessori school varies depending on the programs and options that are right for your child, such as extended day and after-school care.
